Being the cynic that I am, I still say that there will be unscrupulous gas resellers who will add 5% water to their tanks (at one cent per gallon) and sell it for a considerable profit. It gets sucked up by the ethanol, and Bob's your uncle.....

I think that I mentioned this in an earlier post. Since Ethanol combines easily with water, any water in the storage tank is going to wind up in someones tank. And what's to stop sellers from adding a few gallons of water to their tanks once in a while....... At $4.00 per gallon, it's all profit.

That's all well and good, but I was physically there. I made the reservation for the 31. If I had shown up with the 20, they would have made me pay again.
