OK, this is a little out in left field..... Is it possible that your fuel starvation problem is caused by: 1. A fuel hose that is collapsing under suction or 2. A run of hose that is just too long for the fuel pump to pull? Either way, an auxiliary fuel pump might help.
Steve, I think that is the fuel solenoid. It's bypassed during cranking, but after that low oil pressure will shut the engine off.
Walter, I think that you are looking at the crankcase breather. There's probably a delete for it, but the KISS approach to things would have you leave it in place.
I would re-lace, using polyester braid. The poly won't stretch like nylon does. Cable wraps are ok, but a few years in the sun can cause them to become brittle.
I caught my first tuna on Treds boat, and shared the dock at Oakland's with him for many years. Love him or hate him, you still have to feel bad about a thing like this. There are few people who have done more to get kids interested in fishing than Tred. I wish him nothing but good luck....
I have them on the four corners of my tower. Very convenient, but they tend to creak. I tried several types of grease, but to no avail. I managed to solve the problem be making a gasket out of a thin sheet of Delrin. Cost about twelve bucks, and worth a lot more..... http://www.mcmaster.com/#8573k12...
We have been boarded by the coast guard before while offshore just for a routine safety check so i was just wanting to minimise any unessisary drama. You will want to notify the 19 year olds with the automatic weapons that you are armed as soon as you are within speaking range, even if the firearm ...
I use Larry Fox Agency @516-541-3700 and he has me with American Modern Home. I was in the market for cheap insurance to satisfy the bank that did not require constant surveys. I don't know how good this policy is but whenever I call Larry, he promptly returns my calls. I've been with them 9 years ...

I have used Kreem with good results on a carbon fiber fuel tank. http://www.carparts.com/KREEM-LIQUID-FUEL-TANK-LINER-KIT/GP_2000795_N__10618.car http://www.revzilla.com/product/kreem-fuel-tank-liner-combo-pak DO NOT try to speed the drying time by using a hair drier to warm the interior of the tank...
Harv--- Perhaps I didn't make my point well enough. What I'm saying is that the Striped Bass is a perfect example of what can happen if proper conservation regulations are enforced. Hold on while I rant for a moment. The Shinnecock Marlin and Tuna Club record for Swordfish was set in the 1960's. Tha...
I'm suggesting that the focus of the Dept of Commerce is........ Commerce. I'm suggesting that they will report whatever is in the best interest of business, not the weekend fisherman. The one exception being the Striped Bass. This was an issue that was too politically charged even for the fishing l...
I'm here in Cabo and saw the boat this afternoon. It totally delaminated upon impact. There seems to be a lot of fiberglass that was never properly saturated with resin. In some places the wood underneath is damp and moldy. Large sheets of fiberglass simply seperated from the balsa core. I expected ...
