Raybo, I'm curious about it. Don't go out of your way but maybe pm me a name and phone number. 15 with a 70 does over 40 mph and you can almost get the whole hull out of the water with one person. I sold my 11 when I "needed" a car, dissapointed my dad, later regretted it. They're great boats and sell in no time.

Gplume, I hadn't thought about the bilge side of the hull-glass. I just might follow your advice on wetting out the surface with epoxy before filling (after opening the blisters up). I hadn't thought about that but it would make a true "barrier". Of course if I do this I will then have to use an epo...

Another word of caution on trolling both spoons and umbrella rigs. They don't track behind the boat the same. It's a must to fish the spoon way away from the umbrella or you will find the two lines tangled with hundreds of twists, ruining both lines. Spoons are "agressive", umbrellas are "passive". ...

Nice work and even better to share with the kids. Funny how different tactics are up and down the east coast. Here in the Chesapeake we troll a rediculous number of rods (up to 28 on the charters without tangles), mainly in the main/deep channel of the bay in 60 to well over 100ft of water. Most peo...

I figured the barrier would be like a "high-build" primer. Maybe it would not fill small blisters, I don't know. I guess my next question is should I grind/open every dime-size blister? Led "bulbs" will use less current but are still susceptible to corrosion (the weak link). Especially in exterior applications. Sealed led fixtures, while expensive, minimize this problem.
