Well, just got back from fishing our charter boat in Golfito. Only got out once offshore on a second boat we have added to our co.. A beautiful 28 bertram with Yanmars. We were just putting out the lines and had a 400lbs. Black marlin climbs all over the teaser. We dropped back and rod. It was then ...

We fished the tourney too. Didn't do to great over all. Although, we had a White around 1200-1500 about 14ft long, come to the boat. Amazing fish tried to get it to stay around. Had no interest in bluefish, I gues only mammals. I suggested we throw the smallest guy in to see if it would eat until I ...

I knew Bob too. A great guy. I know after his daughter passed things got tough for him. Very hard thing to deal with....but one of the best lure makers ever. I believed he had family up here in Forked River, NJ. NOt, sure if he came this way or not.

Check which covers your area better. I use Tow Boat US. We have both Sea tow and boat us. But, it is 15 miles farther for sea tow to get to the inlet and boat US is in the first marina just inside the inlet which is the marina next to mine. They can get to me fast and there range covers farther offs...

I would obviously recommend Golfito, Costa Rica because I have a charter boat there. But, other really nice places are Green Turtle Cay, Bahamas; Mayaquez, Puerto Rico; Cabo San Lucas, Mex. and St. Johns, USVI. All these places have in common that the fishing is great all year long, there are ways t...

Better with pics but I would say over 125,000 in a normal market but this market is really tough. It depends how bad you need to sell it. My advice would to wait until the market recovers and get what it is really worth!

John, I can't speak for the bertrams but my charter boat in CR had a new aluminum tank put in. It was done here in New Jersey before it left. They used metal straps and glued neoprene to the tank with 5200 where the straps crossed the tank. Also, they coated the tank with truck bed liner. I do know ...

Couldn't fish more because of paper work and other business with setting up the company. The first day we raised 6 or 7 sails and a ...
