Shrink Wrap should be vented to avoid overheating and those hanging water vapor separator things should be put in a few places underneath.

The green paint tray worked great. Not sure where to get red ones though. I have seen red see through tape stuff at Autozone to repair a broken car taillight.

Sounds like a fun day. Remember, the Bertram will take more abuse than you can, but safety is the key. And I am sure yours was the prettiest boat out there. Im missing the spring fishing season down here in Southport. Just had bypass surgery about a week and a half ago. Dr won't clear me for three m...

Don't know what model they are, but I used them on my 25 on the bridge. Removed the base and bought pedestals to fit. Worked great. best thing was only $25/chair on Craigs List.

Just thinking, you could build a form on the pilot house and pour a thickened mixture that would self level. I used AZEK leveled with thickened epoxy on my electronics tower to mount it level. used the same procedure on the mahogany for the bridge seat bases. https://www.instagram.com/p/BVKFhs_hadx/

Re: 68 B25 FBSF rudder shelf and steering
That's my old boat. I was going to put a shelf (by shelf I mean a mounting block attached to the stringer) just behind the rudder shelf and low enough to connect to the tie bar. I saw a pic on here from Keith Poe that showed how he connected the ram to the tie bar on his 31. Basically weld a fixture...

Mount the gauges on a panel you can see under by your feet/legs and use that space for a MFD with engine display when needed. you can then change between engines, chart, and fish finder. If that fails you can open the gauge panel for engine information.

We have sold our house in NJ and are going to move to the area between Beaufort and Wilmington. No plans yet but we are leaving on Friday 7-24-20.
Looking forward to the boat being hauled down and hopefully can make next years shindig.
