Bilges have a tendency to accumulate oil and gunk over the years and any fiberglass strands that are completely wet act as a wick and will leach back out when painted over. The 30 fb has the bathroom up against the front window. You have to see how the shower water doesn't spill into the cabin. If you don't care about the shower then it is simpler. Apart from some minor cosmetic touches, like engines compartments and some touch ups, for a boat after 20 years since her refurbishing, she's in very good shape; not to mention she's the sublimation of Patrick's heritage!
