Re: Hardtop
Thanks for the responses. I am modifying a Bertram flybridge hardtop, (helm removed), front windshield, and side windows. 1. I am currently removing the wet balsa core and replacing it with CarbonCore Structural Plastic Honeycomb Panels. The balsa is 1.5" thick 2. Using the flybridge windshield it's...

Hardtop
Looking for advice. Building a hardtop for sun protection. 7'x9'
Before I finish laying glass, is there anything I should add or think about?
Planning to add some conduit for wiring.
Would be disappointed if I didn't add something that would make it even better.
Thank you

Gasoline anti siphon valve question
Currently have shut-off valves on Gasoline tank supply lines to the engine. I want to add some anti-siphon valves. I want to thread the anti-siphon valves into the tank fittings then thread the shut-off valves onto the anti-siphon valves. So it would be, Tank --- Anti-Siphon Valve --- Shut Off Valve...

Re: Fiberglass gas tank
Always hesitant to post sometimes, but I decided to add my 2 cents. My fiberglass gasoline tank was in good shape but I didn't want to run it as is with the current fuel. I cut 2 large holes in the top, sanded the inside, and coated the tank with Phenol Novolac Epoxy. I used clear epoxy but should h...

Re: B28 Hull Drawings?
That would be awesome. I did download it but was unable to zoom in clearly. Rick, I am not sure why google doesn't let you zoom in on that, try downloading a copy and opening it up locally. If that doesn't work for you, my local copy on my PC can be zoomed in on, maybe google is reducing the resolut...

I am still learning. I have google photos and I am using the BBcode link. Can everyone see this picture? Was anyone able to see the other photos? I can see them, but maybe it has something to do with permissions.

Re: Previously known as SS Minnow
I need to order a new fuel tank. But I have a problem. Not really a problem, but confusion. My current tank states it is 32 US Gallons. That appears to be rather small for this size boat. I spoke with someone and they said the Bertram 25 tank was around 80 gallons and Bertram wouldn't make a specia...
