Re: B31 prop size

That sounds like good advice! We will probably move more toward a four blade instead of 5 $$. With cold air and very little weight it ran great! No smoking and got up on the step immediately. But when loaded down for an overnighter and the air is hot totally different story. When I figure out how to...

Re: B31 prop size

Thank you for the replies! I'm heading to Venice this week and am hauling it out so I'll have more info on the pocket size and prop size. As far as the bottom just had done last summer.. it is clean.

Not bad on the river or the spillways. We also went down the S.E. Pass and south down a small waterway and found some good fishing near the game warden's camp there. There was a big Quanset hut that UV rode out a storm in.... it was a ball of scrap now. Anyway, the lighthouse was slow and a little r...

Reel Relief

Hello Andre, I was down in Venice this weekend for a short redfish trip. We took our small 22 ft Tiara and did well. Grand Slam ('72 B31) is up getting some electical work done. I saw Reel Relief at Cypress Cove. She was floating level and looked great! Just thought you might like to know. Take Care...

I recently purchased a "golden rod" for the cabin. It keeps the inside a few degrees warmer than the outside and therefore expands the air and pushes it out and hopefull keeps alot of the moisture out as well. I've had them in some gun safes for years and have never had any issues with them overheat...

I am putting some soundown sound deadening material in our 1973 FBC we purchased this summer. It has 300 6bta's and runs like a dream but is incredibly loud. Currently the engine covers have no sound deadener. I spoke with Stever Moyer from Soundown who is a big fan of B31's and grew up in the shado...

rudder table

Hello Capt. Patrick, Hope weather in Llano is a little cooler than Longview. We are going to Grand Isle this week to work on the boat and do some fishing. We'll get you the spects on the rudders and then send you a check. Apparently the starboard rudder table has broken or settled and we are going t...
