What’s the process to add a photo? Couldn’t locate the icon for attachments.

We own a 1982 42’ Bertram SF. In the galley over the stove there is a cabinet next to the refrigerator with a lever switch, marked on/off. I have no idea what it controls. I would appreciate any help identifying what this does.
