thanks ray.....they (ABC) came back and did a whole story on their web site because they got so much interest from the brief flash on TV. there's a "waiting list". mixed blessing....i was gonna cruise through the winter...go surfing...go snowboarding...oh well.

peter...i've pitch poled a hobie cat. please never mention it if my wife caren is around. it's amazing how high and far you can be catapulted off one of those things. getting it back upright ain't so easy either. interesting thoughts there.

its always the same. when i was a powder skier most of my friends hated the bump skiers....then they all hated the snowboarders. in surfing the short boarders hated the long boarders (of course after the beginning when everyone was a longboarder) . now the prone surfers hate the stand up surfers.......

i just always shop vaced it out after a rain fall. i kept the bilge sahara dry so if there was any water in it i would know something was amiss. found a few slow leaks that way.

i liked the bridge . i ran the boat from above 95% of the time. it took a thunderstorm to drive me below. the cabin is great at anchor however....all that glass and it all opens.

thats true....i thought you were just concerned with the shape. all made from the same mold. there are many many differences in the build from there. not all inboard boats are the same either.

same hull. the inboards have the pop out for the i/os but were never drilled. very different deck and stringer gas tank system however.

late this afternoon i was takin a spin in 3 mile harbor on my new paddleboard and saw "hunter" a very pretty B31 (black or dark blue hull) leaving the harbor. nice boat!.

actually my friend gerry built the door using mikes center panels. i finished it and mounted the hardware. will hang on the boat shortly. my question is.......why paint at all?
