B25 Headliner and Hull Liner
My B25 project is in a holding pattern while I await a Coosa delivery. I started to think about how to refinish the inside of the v-berth. The original (I assume) headliner is a wallpaper-like vinyl with a very thin weave pattern to it hat is clued to the underside of the core and to the underside o...

Welded plastic vs aluminum fuel tanks
I recently stumbled across some companies that make custom "welded" plastic fuel tanks. I assumed only aluminum tanks were customizable for reasonable money. I think I can get about 110 or so gallons (or maybe as much as 130 if I relocate my batteries) with a custom tank in my B25. Does anyone have ...

A surveyor blessed the hull and I have looked for signs of delamination but haven't found any. Just figure better to check again while everything is apart. The transom was still solid but since the bottom of the keyholes had bare wood I could see they were wet once the transom assemblies came out. I...

B25 Project update - stringer question
Every time I make progress it seems I take 2 steps backwards. Not complaining. I enjoy the journey.
