Also I have modified the shaft angle achieving 11.9 deg stock was 15.2 deg I haven’t made the water yet but I have read a lot of Bob lico’s posts and have seen that the shallower shaft angle and shifting the weight a...

Ktm the ceiling piece was built with ply wood coated in epoxy then faired. You could laminate your fiberglass piece on the back side with plywood or coosa to stiffen it up for your application.

Wires or cables will come up the pillar then you can see them through the aft ceiling panel then right to the bridge you can access the side of the trunk box easily from the ceiling in the cabin. Doesn’t seem to bad. I didn’t start the wiring yet so I guess we will see.

Sika flex,Bostic,or 3m all make a adhesive to install window glass. There is also an etching primer that you need to put on the edges where the adhesive will be.

I am putting four group 31’s in the center bilge. I believe this is the best spot to put them for weight distribution. If you build a proper box water proof up to the lid it would take a lot of water in the bilge to flood the batteries. http://i.imgur.com/76jxumVh.jpg http://i.imgur.com/alchGw8h.jpg...
