I built my floors out of 1/2" coosa and it was one of the easier jobs that I did on the boat. I added gutters which was a little more complex but I left of the side panels to gain room for gaffs and harpoons. Rot will not get any better.

Cole,

You've got a really decent boat of which to start your project. My advice is for you and your buddy to figure out where you want to end up when its all over with before you start any meaningful work. Don't waste money on stuff that doesn't move your boat towards that goal.

Back and hip trouble? An Inversion table from Costco returned a quality of life that I never expected to see again and saved me from multiple surgeries. At $200 it was by far the best money I ever spent.

Thanks, Its a tight fit. This should give me roughly 340 gallons of total fuel, which I would figure 320 gallons usable. I'll also have the option to run off the Aux tanks only should I get contaminated fuel in my main tank or gravity feed the aux tanks into the main tank.

Well after a couple of week of delay, we are back at work on the Reaper. Today we roughed in the Aux Fuel tanks and the Fresh Water tank. My question is what is the correct rudder angle for our 31 Bertrams? With some custom fitting of my jockey bar, I've managed to get approximately 40 degrees of angle. I have also increased my stock rudder surface by roughly 30% or so per Capt Pats info on the site.
