It can be really nasty stuff to get off after just a few days, and especially once it absorbs enough atmospheric moisture to break down the paper... Joe Know nothing about the Wabasto units, but they look OK at first glance. 4kW is about 16K btu, which is what you need for a B31 with an enclosed cabin, (wouldn't need that much for the Bahia Mar). Yup, deleting cookie and temporary internet files could help... That's why I ask Bob which system he's running. I'm on a PC and never have a problem, but on my sister's Mac, over in San Antonio, I've had it happen twice. And when on her machine, its seldom for anything than to check the board visually, so I don't know how often it would happen with regular use.....

Russ, It shouldn't hurt the rudder port. Put one nut/bolt back on the pillow block and tighten it down to the rudder table. This will prevent the shaft from flopping around while you're chiseling.
