So I removed the side panels from the gunnel to the floor from the boat to run new bilge hoses. They are, as best I can describe, a plastic covered plywood. Maybe 1/8 of an inch think. The bottom is starting to determinate and while they are out, I am debating on replacing, trimming, or painting the...

living in New Orleans, we just turned the convention center in to a hospital. If you have ever been to that building, you would know it is one of the largest convention centers in the USA. Good luck with zero oil change under normal conditions. But then again the dealer makes a bigger profit off a new gear box than an oil change. 100% that it is very weird to not change the oil till then. So with today's quality of "wraps" has anyone contemplated wrapping the interior to make it look more modern. Some are designed to last 10 years in direct sunlight, so inside I would think hold up pretty well. https://www.rvinyl.com/Wood-Vinyl-Wraps That is an example of some cheap stuff and it look...

Rob, I thought about center risers when I repowered my 28, and found I did not have enough clearance under the hatch for them. some food for thought, 1 hour of usage is considered 33 miles at a normal usage. Extreme duty is considered 25 miles after 1 hour. Being as it is a boat I would consider every hour the equal of 20 to 25 miles of wear similar to a car or truck. You can interchange this into the standard life of an en...
