Hi all....I am considering installing a new very hi power sending unit without replacing the current unit that is located behind the original Water tank...Is is OK to place it in front of the water tank or do I run the risk of that part of the boat being out of the water at hi speeds?

Hi all...Was wondering what the various options people use to enter the boat from the water if one is not using a swim platform? I don't think the single center pole ladder with a single top removable attachment would work with such a high freeboard?? Thanks for any thoughts

I am putting a Soft Top half tower on my boat...Was wondering what the head clearance should be or the total height from the helm floor platform to the bottom of the top? My guy is building it 80-81 inches and it seems very high?? 6' 8 " I'm only 5' 9 but obviously that is not the deciding factor......

Hi Guys...Maybe its just the way the shaft angle looks coming out of the stuffing box, but the guy who is going to install my engines thinks that I will need down angle gears for my 496 Strokers?? Didn't most of these boats come with straight Velvet Drive gears?? The ZF 63As are certainly much short...

Hey Bob My 496s being Dyno'd today we are considering putting Holley Double pumper 800cfm on the boat as supposedly they will tune up the best and a real good possibility that the secondaries won't even kick in at cruise?? I will post the stats when I get them...John

Ha Carl...I'm going the other way....My engines 496 Stroker Crusaders are done...Headed to the DYNO and Tuned Properly...I will share the data when available late next week...On another note, 1st Tuna trip of the season this weekend on my buddy's new 42 Freeman...Boat is a monster!!
