thanks iam running 230 yanmars, i followed the chime on the boot stripe. the only thing i dont like and i didnt notice it till the boat was in the water is the black boot stripe blends in with the black bottom paint. will have to do somthing with that next year

trim tabs the on going debate, think harv said it well if you have them then keep them. i had them on my 31 fbc and rarly use them, dont have or need them on my bahia mar.

theres been alot of talk about the pots with the poly line. definatly not the place to get your props wrapped up. if there doing it on purpose thats down right criminal, and they will probably run the risk of losing there complet set if it pisses the right person off

looking at the color chart my imron is probably close to the sky blue on the algrip chart may be a little lighter. its hard to pic a color off a chart with a 1" square

should have the finished pics up by the weekend, citting the corners on the rub rail today, new rail fits like a glove very happy the way its comming out, black boot stripe should be painted tommoro, #s on then splash, just in time for the fall run.

personaly i think the federal yellow is just to much yellow, talking to the guy that just sprayed my boat, he said the darker colors are harder to keep clean example salt spray will show more . i opted for a light ice blue that came out great, very happy with it.

thanks for the compliments, first primeer was shot last week, epoxy primer tues and hopfully finished coat by the end of the weekend. then i have appox 3 days work putting her back , including the new rub rail. more pics to follow.

the rails look great, dont use 5200 for the seam, no flexability and also 5200 is perament. iam using sikaflex 292 on my new install, best price i found was hamilton marine $14.99 per tube. did the bow section come out as well as the corners

nassua chrome in mineola, the owner is a boater out of freeort. 90 day turn around on every thing else. originaly he told me 2 weeks very surprised it only took a week, theres a $130 min, so the more you have the better the price. used them 2 years ago for all my rod holders excelent work

well they started on the hull this week , all stress cracks have been ground out and filled in , with alot of wet sanding in between, have 3 thru hulls conections that were not being used they will be glassed in as well, next week the primer is being shot, just got a call that my scupper plates are ...

the pvc is maintanace free, and you will not get the dreaded drip lines down the hull. i will be putting the pvc on hopfully soon.

started getting the boat ready for painting and new rub rail, the rail came off easyer the the stainless cap, had to grind every screw once that was off it was just a matter of finding were the rail was thru bolted, every side of the seams cut them out with the saws all and just pulled it off.i was ...
