just took my 500 halogens down to re finish, thought i put never sieze on them, guess not had to heat the screws up to take them

also after there out take small wire brush and clean the threads up, put a dab of never seize on the thread and you good to go

you probably know by now that the pencil zincs should be change out every year, i have 4 on each of my engines. mine last all year, mike o has to change his maybe twice a year depending on the electrosis in the water

a pulpit is the only way to go with a windless, i would belive your bow chock would be in the way unlesss you could raise the windless up to clear it. my pulpit was made out of one piece stainless steel and painted white. one of these days i have to have mine re built, she slips when coming up

i worked thru gloria from start to finish restoring electric. gloria was a pussy cat compared to the 38 storm. long island will be devastated if a major storm hits the island, it will be another new orleans, evacuation will become a mess.
