Cleaning Running Gear

What is the correct procedure for cleaning the running gear underwater??? My mates want to use wet sandpaper but I told them I am afraid they will oversand props and shafts. Was thinking of a 3M green scrubber used to clean dishes???

After reading a recent post I got kind of worried.... I never really thought of a failure... but in the case it happens is there a bailout plan?? I can imagine water would get in the boat really fast... I am sure you have thought about it... anything to stop the leaking??

I just had that same exact problem. The line broke where its welded .... It happened just after I crossed our inlet!!! I wasnt a very happy custumer...

I am having trouble getting the right part numbers....

You should also check if you dont havy any vibration issues causing premature wear...

Finally got the 5200

OK. After some searching I have been able to locate the 5200. How long do I have to wait before a relaunch??? Says on there 7 days full curing time but that seems way too long... can I relaunch before???
