Your motor appears to need raising a good bit. Also, all 25’s need trim tabs. Boat Leveler Co. makes a Bertram 25 specific trim tab that fits outboard of the transom flat. They will certainly improve the low speed planning problem You mention, as well as give better overall performance Of your boat.

I believe the color on Gail's boat is "Aqua Mist". It is an Awl Grip stock color #H4365. I painted my 17 Whaler with it, and really like it. "Sea Foam" is a much darker green.

My ex-brother in law used to have a B35 named "Floating Interest".

One of the Faithful brought the "Fuzzy Snapper" to the UVII one time.

Other good one's I've seen are:

"Knot-a-Yacht" on a dingy

"Sea Roach"

"Red Tag" on the County's Building Inspector's boat.

Tommy--

Penetrol is the only way to go. It is available at any store that sells paint,
since it is a paint additive. Just dampen a rag with it and wipe in on.
It may take several applications depending on the condition of the formica.

It is another of those avaition products that has been around for awhile.

IMHO, it is not as good as red CX. I have gotten stuff apart with CX that

Aero Kroil wouldn't get.

I hate to disagree with the King Bruce, but 4200 is the lower adhesive version of 5200. It is designed for things that might have to be removed.

Both the 5200 and the 4200 come in a fast cure version.
