I just wanted to tell you how well your innocent looking blue cleaner works. I was blown away by the way it cleaned the wax out of that pad and was in fact thinking of adding it to the nasty boat towels/rags that I have to sneak past my wife into her washing machine.

I use the maintenance dose of biobore when fueling up.

Used cetane booster a couple times last year with no immediately noticeable effect.

Here's a crazy question...

Why couldn't you remove the tank top as you have, remove the baffles, refiberglass the tank interior and then re-install a repaired "lid" or a new lid using the cut up lid as a template?

I'm guessing the inside lid joint would be a problematic area...

I replaced the dead frig in my B28 w/ a $100 unit from Home Depot. Near perfect fit, works and looks great. I put blue ice packs in the freezer to help keep beverages cold all day. If we stay over night (rare) I just pay for shore power. If we're fishing or taking a large crew I stock up the cooler....
