I've fished/run a 40 Post and a 42 Post several times -- they are very nice boats to be tied up at the dock on, beamy and comforable and nicely appointed, that changes when you slip the lines..... Bob: Been there/done that -- and I highly recommend it -- one of the true legal rushes that has to be experienced! They would never let me do it now, they have silly medical standards and my neck and head would preclude such fun as they can't take Gs like they used to!

The redo is pretty, but the advice you were given is correct, it is a major project. My first comments are, you can clearly see that there is no bond between the new finish and the old formica.
