Re: Help with upper station shift control

Preston I hadn't considered the fact that these controls may have different length throws. When I disassembled and cleaned then before the rebuild I may have mixed them up. These are two handle controls one set for the throttles and one set for the shift at each station. I may have placed the contro...

Help with upper station shift control

This has been a thorn in my side ever since I splashed Razorsharp in 2005. The lower station controls work great almost perfect but the longer run of cable to the upper station gives me fits regularly. I adjust and adjust and if I can get it into forward it often times will not go into reverse and v...

Not much, pretty stock just some anodized valve covers and cleaner. 72 350 4 bolt out of a 3/4 ton pickup. Left it all stock inside. Guessing it was a 175 hp LM1 block. I did add the HEI and the new aluminum radiator to keep it all cool. Doesn't take much to push that short wheel base light truck an...

Made it to Northport but never made it out to the island. That must be interesting living in the winter. Do you have a Bertram over there? I hear the Northern Pike fishing can be excellent around the bays in the spring. Do you recognize the name of the island home port on her stern?

Here is the end result of what has kept me from committing sewer-side over this winter. Yannis, There is a luxury vinyl tile that is sold world wide called Karndean. It is an extremely durable product that is unafraid of small amounts of standing water. Would work well on the sole but the adhesive will not stand up to the abuse on the swim platform. http://www.karndean.com/en/site-sear...
