i have had the THERE HE IS on a cradle in a dry stack ( ground level)all winter they had no prob lifting it ...had to make a few adjustments on cradle ,but nothing major...summer time is a coming and fixing to get it wet pretty soon ,,,,,

does your exhaust run on the outboard side of your stringer or in board ???if it runs inbord you might try and make a fiberglass double 45degor 90's glassed together so it drops down and out.then only use a small piece of hose,,

i ran 4 in all the way to the end and out,,didnot use mufflers ...not loud at all...used fiberglass tube to almost the end then used blue silicone exhaust hose to outlet..sounds good ..it has a nice rumble to it ..

well i had my props cut from 19x20 to 18x19 with a slite cup in the tip.now all i am gettin is 30kt at 3866rpm wot,i was getting at 3500rpm 30 kts and was only turning on wot 3833 gettin 31 kts on wot.i have 6lpa-stp2- 315 yannies with zf-gears 1;5-1 model zf-63a-16,,,any help on what it might take ...

harbor freight and some auto places have a tool that you crimp large wire with ,it's spring loaded that you slide your crimp into and hit the top of it with a hammer..maybe be called a hammer crimper not sure.i used it making all my bonding ends..

if you have a old control cable thts not any good cut one end pull the wire out and use it for a pull snake.it should find a opening in the pilaster .my pilasters are all glassed in an full of wires.but i had to run another wire for auto pilot and had no prob. hope it helps.... phil http://i57.photo...

has anybody tryed putting paste wax on there coupling to keep them from rusting ???i applied 4 coats to one of minr today and sprayed the other with max wax,,,i also applied 3-4 coats on my racors also on the metal parts of-em ,,,if water cain't get to it it should last a little while longer right ?...
