Rebuilding the windows was quite an undertaking for me. We redid our windows this winter. My advice to you is to ask Capt. Patrick. He made several great suggestions and we avoided taking the cabin apart. Captian Pat.........what are your tips on window rebuilding???? Generally speaking DeNada's ext...

Well its time for my SeaTow annual membership renewal.
I don't remember ever reading any post on Boating Assistance companies here on B31.
Just wondering if any of my friends here have a preference.....SeaTow or Boat US on the water assistance companies......

Turning Up
Since I have owned "DeNada" I have never seen her turn more than 4200 RPM at WOT. We are running 454 Marine Power, 1.5 Velvet drives, and props are, I think????, 18X17. Seems like I remember that 2900 RPM pushed me about 19 Knots. I have always thought that the engines should turn 4400/4600 RPM but ...

Kevin, The problem of the moving key can be easily solved by drilling and tapping a 5/16 or 3/8 hole in the hub of the coupling intersecting the coupling keyway then put a set screw in the drilled and tapped hole so that it will tighten aganist the key. Hey Harv
I believe that I remember quite a while back that Catp DQ reported using the Eldebrock manifold and carb setup and he was very pleased with the results.
If he doesn't chime in here pretty soon, I would suggest sending Doug a PM about the manifold that you are interested in using.
