Re: Water in Oil...
Many years ago in a past life I had a small block chevy that was getting water in the oil. Ran perfect, this was a race engine, finally found that it had a pin hole leak low in the cylinder below the ring travel area. water was running down the side of the cylinder into the sump. Finally found it by...

She would not know that it was happening until she would get up, vet told me it happens in large breed dogs that have been spayed. There are pills that can help with it, man i still miss that girl...

The wire could be broken inside the insulation right at the connector. When you move it, it will make contact for a short time and then lose contact. LB

Re: Opinion of Fuel Tank
Tony All of the external grounds will be reinstalled when we finish the retrofit. What I am talking about in the picture above you can see a flat copper strap laying in the bottom of the tank. These straps were tabbed to the fiberglass of the inside of the tank. The one attached to the fill port is ...

Couldn't we do that externally instead of internally and achieve the same thing? I don't see where the internal straps attach to any thing. Les

Thanks Pat, I felt sure of it but it is nice to know for sure. The renovations are going on at a faster pace Tim had a clean report last check up. He is now motivated to the max. Do you have any templates to cut down the engine stringers to install Cummins?

The boat currently has big block chevs, but will get diesels during the refit. Probably Cummins. She has a/c in the cabin and will get a genset also. This is a complete refit from top to bottom, stem to stern. Will be glassing in the front windows and one piece side windows, she has a aftermarket de...
