As your putting a swim platform on anyway...ever consider making it buoyant. Not so much under water like the transom mounts for outboards...but more at and above the water line to add additional lift as the stern encounters a wave. I vote for Walter! Brothers it does not take to much of a wave to go over with her ass pin down! Second wave goes in the cabin .you have three seconds to cut that parachute free, run to the bridge ,fire her up and get out of dodge before next wave forget crash valves transom is now level with water...
