In my experience it held up well with trailering and multiple launchings over 3+ seasons. We did fuss with the hull preparation and applied it by spraying three heavy coats.

I have used Baltoplate https://www.jamestowndistributors.com/u ... o?pid=2324 on sailboats with good results. It has minimal antifouling qualities and is very hard. I has an anthracite gray color and can last many seasons.

Talk about optimistic... @4100 I would expect each engine to be nearer to 40 GPH For My 454s 3100 RPM is about 24 kts at 28gph. I used some west product that had frozen over the winter, it's still not cured, the catalytic reaction of the hardener changed! I believe I have had hardener and epoxy get below 10 deg. It got molasses thick but never a solid. Warmed back up to room temp it worked for me. Sorry you had that experie...

I believe it does not degrade. I have had some similarly old West System and though it mixed to a light amber color (I believe only the hardener was darkened) it worked.
I hate having to make the call to throw out some expensive materials for fear of spoiling the job.
