I noticed the steps to the flybridge are through bolted at the top. Do those steps help provide support for the bridge? Might you share how they are anchored on the lower end?

I had the same problem with those corner pieces.
I stitched them back together as Amberjack described and then laminated some light fiberglass cloth on the back side.
Cutting and finishing some new corner pieces is on the list...

I have been told that 4200 does not have good UV resilience and that 3M's 4000 is formulated with UV resistance. I believe there are similarly a multitude of Sikaflex compounds and believe they append the product number with "-UV" to indicate durability in sunlight.

Pete- I had curtains in the head and removed them in favor of privacy glass. The curtains I had tended to keep their bunched (stowed) shape and left seams at the edges when we wanted privacy. If you ever find a piece missing you need to go hunting for it. Usually winds up in the transmission cooler. Once the pump is off, changing the impeller is a piece of cake. Don't use a 5' pry bar to tighten... I previously used a 3' pry bar. I now use an Irwin quick grip clamp https://www.lowes.com/pd/IRWIN-QUICK-GRIP-12-in-Clamp/1000235515 .
