Re: New boat in my future for the new year?

Spezio's boat is a 1/4 mile up the river from me. Sits on a lift, they seem to continue to take it out enough to keep the cob webs off. From what I know they take really good care of their boats and this Elite marine refit is top notch. The cockpit with livewell and fish boxes is great. Redesigned r...

Re: Bertram Project Boats?

Here is my opinion, if you are starting with a boat with no motors do a 31 not a 28, it's a better boat that will hold more value over time. If you are looking to get into a decent diesel boat you can do some work on to make it a lifetime boat, the entry price on a 28 is likely a better value

The plexiglass is an interesting solution. Since it’s a converted Sportfish with no original aft bulkhead it’s not structural. No opinion on the power.

Peter ,don’t hang it yet the best bass fishing is yet to come, when the ocean temps get below 50 ,hang it up,today the temp was 58 and fishing is great I won't winterize until Christmas or the first snow fall. I've spent plenty of time on the sidelines of the soccer field and in the gym for basketball practice, the weather hasn't worked out to well for our schedule. The free time we've had has been falling on those 50 MPH wind days. We jigged a couple of small fish but missed out on those days where the 3...
