I need those Saturday, Rocky. We have a set of QSC k12's and a ksub. These work great in bars, but we need more bottom for Saturday's outdoor gig!! One of the hazards with everyone playing direct to the board and using IEMs....no amp that I can turn up!

4Runner and a B25 seems like a disaster of a marriage. In my opinion, you need a long well base truck with BIG brakes! My 2012 F150 Screw with the ecoboost V6 and tall gears in the rear tows like a dream, and gets 21mpg on the highway when you are not towing anything, no matter how it's loaded with ...

HA! I've been debating power choices for over 5 years and in my research I have yet to find a combination that has not worked on a B25 - single/twin I/Os, single/twin outboards, diesels...doesn't seem to matter a great deal. If you like the performance of the 225's, you'll probably like any twin out...

Corey. $40k is for power and paint. New, of course. Capt Bone's old boat is a good target for a "reasonable" cost ride, but I had the impression you were going full on custom. It's only a 16' truck, so you're not taking a lot of "stuff". Why not use one of the PODS services instead of driving a truck? Has to be cheaper than flying people back to Florida. You and your wife each drive one car.
