Re: DC police boat hits, sinks, boat tied up at restaurant

What I don't understand is why after colliding with the moored boat they just continued on, not stopping to
determine damage and possible injuries. Its also hard to believe how they obviously have no concept on
how to handle there boat.

There's two on this board that always bring me a smile... 1. It's gotta take a lot of brass to name your boat "Morningwood"!!!! 2. And how about "Suziespissed"? Did she turn out to like the boat afterall and she's no longer "Pissed" or did she like the boat but never get over the name and now she's ...

Yep, hard to get info on that boat. The 26 has nothing to do with the 25 and is more of a scaled down 28 that has very little to do with the 28. I have only seen ones dated 1976 & 77. Personally I think its a great boat in many ways. As far as the wooly, wooly I have looked at mine many times and ha...

Hueso,
Care to trade some time?
All you have to do is wait a few hours for the ferry to break
the ice drive on and another hour or so you are home. That is if it shows up and
after you have made a reservation a mounth in advance.

I cured a stbd list by adding bags of shot to port abt midship. I think shot comes in 25lb bags
if I remember right. Then when I got the trim right I put them in kitchen type plastic containers
wraped/sealed w/duct tape. Never had a problem since.
