Pensacola is 30 minutes east by boat and 45 min trip by car....... DQ...aka Doug used to charter his B31 out of there and Capt Rex and Capt Mac also fish out of P'cola.

Keep us updated on your trip...... Might be in the area at that time.... Mullet toss is this weekend.....organized chaos.

White spa flex would look best when 1st installed IMO, but it does degrade in the sun. Grey liquidtite conduit is better uv protection, but gives a more industrial look. Both conduits come in nominal tubing sizes, so you can use PVC glue and fittings or compression type bulkhead fittings.

Russ, an air or electric chisel will work but you need to stabilize the work so it has something solid to react against. Once the race breaks loose, the puller should work, so you don't need to split the race. Maybe you can load your puller against the flange bearing, then hit it with the chisel? Ob...

Most of the mixing valves for domestic residential use are pressure balancing to prevent scaulding temps. They have a shuttle spool that will shut off flow if a pressure imbalance occurs..........don't know what type of mixing valve your using, but it sounds like that is what's happening.
