I think the footage of the afterburner/fuel dump, especially over downtown, gives them a pass on the overly environmentally sensitive charges. Without pickling it in foam they might have less damage....

Now I want to see a 4 ship F-111 pass in full afterburner, dumping fuel this 4th of July!
