It's a really bad picture--but looks like a 25 with a cut-down windshield and controls moved further aft.

Could be Dick Bertram's boat

Since Morgan is the salesman and Richard Bertram's son, you can lay good money down that says it belonged to him.

looks like some type of combination of Bertram 25' (stern) and bertram barron 24' bow
