Work continues. Glued down the plywood core and started working on a flat area for the bow roller.

Beautiful! Great execution.

If you will use a delta anchor, measure the placing of the roller so that when the anchor is up and tight, its tip doesn't hit the hull. For this, you might need a slightly prolonged pulpit via a teak plank positioned under the totality of the roller, so that there is meat (and hand clearance from belowdecks) under the forward through bolt.
Or, you might need to re-position the white roller a few cm forward (new holes) to obtain that anchor/hull clearance. You need a good drill bit for that.
