Hi Neil,

I tryed to buy that boat last spring.
Told the broker I'd go mid 70's, he said owner wasn't there.......yet.
For future reference, I'm curious to know if I was close?

I know your other Bahia Mar is for sale, and I'm kind of interested, but think I might be better to pay more for a boat already done up. Kinda like what you just did.

Congrat's

You done real good. You gonna love those motors too. A lifetime boat, just stunning how much boat you can buy for that kind of money in a B31. A half ass outboard center console is way more money and a pile of guano vs. that Bahia. Very well done.

A decision you will never regret.

Good Luck with her Chooch!!!

Tell Jr anyone can run it, teach him how to change oil, pre-trip the engines and transmissions and the rest of the boat. At the end of the day he can wash the topsides and bilges and then chamoising the new girl dry. Remember this one is painted and has shiny aluminum, she'll need a little more TLC.

Hell running it is the easy part. Maybe this year Jr get Oilsorb pads and rubber gloves for Christmas.

Ahh!!!!!!!!!! The pride of boat ownership hours of preparation and cleaning followed by moments of actual use.

Congratulations Neil. This one will handle VERY differently than your gas powered one (better). I agree with JP, dues have to be paid for the privilege of running a boat like that! Keeping the old name?

Neil,
You guys did good! Pam described the pics to me and said that she looked great. We had a great time hanging out with your bunch in Greenport on the old boat...more fun moving forward. Well done, sir!
