If you guys will let us, we're really looking forward to hopping on all of those fine boats and checking them out. I need some ideas as far as seating behind the helm on a bahia mar. We'll bring plenty of pics and hope to get some great advice from the gang.
i hear you paul, it would be nice to see all of you again, your son should be old enough to take the helm and let mom and dad relaxe on the deck on the way over
a little helpful hint those coming from new england take orient point ferry (cross sound ferry) and a very short ride to greenport . you have the option of leaving your car in new london ferry parking lot and car pool with one ferry fare . either way don`t miss this one because you cannot make it with boat for one reason or another. seriously there is so much to see in greenport and surronding area. the greenport brewery as i stated prevously will make there premier showing the same weekend. they have produce a terrific double bock (sp?) german beer. serve that weekend. from huge old fashon wooden barrels . thosands of people enjoying festivities from art work to old whaling goods from ships store .
I noticed a place when I Googled Greenport, and found a place called Barbeque Bill's. I think that is where I might have dinner Friday night. I can shuttle 6 people at a time with the Land Yacht if it's too far to walk.
Plus, as Bob mentioned, there's a slew of other attractions that might be fun to check out.

dan we are depending on you to take us thru moriches inlet from the west using that narrow south cut only the locals know had to navigate so i am told the north around the bay close to cc station leaves alot to be desired . we would greatly appreciate input.
thank you
