Last year. Only 25 or so made. Andre has one of them.

Mike is correct, special production of only 25 Silver Anniversary Edition B-31s. Bertram discontinued the production of the 31 after the 1981 year model, so they had a continuous run for 20 years. Then they offered the limited edition model in 1986 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the boat that put Bertram Yacht on the map.......and what a run it was!

That Admirals Cove sticker is from a high end development just down the road from me.

I'm aware of the Silver Anniversary Line; I meant to say if anyone knows the boat per se.

So, from Bruce's down the road marina, to Athens via Amsterdam? I've seen more complicated than that !

I don't know what 3208 stands for, I was told that she still has the original gas motors. Maybe 320 hp.
It is very very rare to find a boat with inboard gas motors in Greece, and I think in Europe too.
Gas is for outboards (mostly inflatables) and some in/out ones.

I would think that Gert would know the boat. Gert's 31 is gas powered. He took me for a spin on his boat a little over a month ago. What a beautiful boat and boat yard he has over there. Thanks Gert for the amazing hospitality. I was wondering how the beignets turned out.... We didn't drink any clears, but Gert has a great bar with a keg of local brew on tap. I don't recommend trying to go beer for beer with him. For those of you that have not seen Gert in person, he's about 6 foot 7 inches tall.

Jack hi,

I don't think the boat spent anytime in Amsterdam; I was told that she is owned by a shipowner who registered her in the Netherlands for fiscal reasons.

By the way, please tell your brother that after the summer is over I will be able to give him all the details he wishes to know on my solar panel/refrigerator installation; I know how the system behaves now, but after a few weeks' hard use I will know more details on consumptions etc. Thanx.

Yannis,

Thanks, I'm sure my brother would love to know how your solar installation worked out for you.

Ryan , and the rest of you are always welcome !!.

If that boat was in Amstedam , I would must have seen it !! so I don't think so either , she can use some TLC though !

According to the (superb) standards you seem to maintain - just about ANY boat could use some TLC...
