As I am sure is the case with all of us, Captain Patrick has been on my mind a lot since his passing. I suspect he can be said to be the most influential person ever in keeping the Bertram spirit alive through his dedication to the B31 in all it's forms. PVC board and sheet can be glued well with regular epoxy, just be sure to sand the surfaces to give them a little "tooth". It also takes paint well.. again, sand the surfaces.
