Rick, This would be obvious, but all my work soundproofing the engine boxes was done with the boxes upside-down in the cockpit or workshop. Ricky, so do I understand that the chair, as mounted, is too close to the console and your knees are crowded; or the elevation of the chair is too high? The video looks and sounds great, Carl; and I swear the 31 throws a beautiful wake. I've found that videoing with the phone in the horizontal position makes it more stable and the image goes full-screen when posted. Congrats on enjoying the fruits of your labor of love.

Buzz, you are correct that many of the SF models have had the lower station removed, but mine was original and I loved having the lower station. They show up from time to time, so keep looking. There was a clean one in original condition on the a Great Lakes a few months ago.
