I didn't put a small hatch in front of the long fish box hatch, made a long hatch that would allow big removable fish boxes . When the fish boxes are removed, u can lay in that area and service the drip less rudder post or the drip less shaft logs in my boat, keep it functional and easy

The images tell me she is tired,spliced fuel line pick up I think, lots of electrolysis on the rudders, struts, stuffing boxes, lots of hoses in the bilge that may go no where. I contacted centek and followed their directions using mitre cuts, that's their business, been around for a long time. I set up the mitre saw at 22 1/2 degree to make it work in that tight space .

The saddle supports for the f/g exhaust tubs as well as all the deck support system , rudder shelfs, strut backup plates were made of coosa board, plywood is antique construction means . I want my boat to be around another 50 years for my grand kids

I met a somewhat knowledgeable representative that told me that the 1st boat ( saw an artist rendering) would probably be built up in New England by spring, 2016 , the owners will retain that boat, the first production boat COULD be available by next years Ft Lauderdale boat show.

Never had an issue in any of the boars, coosa is lite, the recessed hockey puck type lite( tri color) are lite. I have 10 years of running on the rybovitch and lots of rough seas ,it works, and it's forever, don't have to worry about plywood sucking up moisture,mildew,etc

Other suggestion, after u get it degrease, scuff it up with 320 ,roll and tip awlbrite over it ,couple coats or spray awlcraft clear, both will give u a great shinny finish, u can wet sand with 1200 and finesse it to get out any imperfections such as dirt brush marks etc

Did u change the pump size, the system has been there for many years and working properly, one way to possibly use the existing hose relationship is to pump the pressure side to an accumulator tank,they take up space,but may solve your problem

What size service do u have on board 30 amp, 2-30 amp, 1-50 amp 2-50 amp power cords, if this current dockside system works, u should not exceed it or u may have to change the size of the boat service to accommodate a bigger genset,my opinion
