Consider this.......take one of those wrenches.....cut off the section that fits the bolt......have someone either TIG weld it to a Socket or Silver Braze it to a socket.....that is slightly larger than the opening of the wrench.......your choice of drive size.

I'm gonna put my money on the carb. At the intermediate speeds you are relying on the primarys and I suspect it may be sarving for fuel. Hi Kevin A regualr "High Speed" will drill the stainless rudder stock just fine.....a "Cobalt" drill will be even better. Here's the trick......do "NOT" turn the drill very fast......slow RPM (about 100-150 RPM) and enough pressure to keep it cutting will get the job done in pretty short order. Keep...
