I believe you can step up to 1 3/8 shafts with out to much trouble
you would have to change out the cutless bearing on the struts
don't hold me to this
as far as the rudders are concerned maybe bruce can chime in
don't know if they are still available

it was at the back stb side close to the transom

I had a 3/4 thru hull for my wash down and live well
no scoop, but I did have a inline strainer before the pump
live well and wash down was controlled by a y valve
I used the shureflow super blaster 5.5 gpm

I was hit with 2400 v, back yard pole with transformer putting primary tap on pot, bang arms went down and a warm feeling in my knee were it came out, made it down, checked my rubber gloves and after about 20 minutes found a pin hole but not all the way thru thank god, it picked up more of my sweat ...

john I remember capt pat saying to mix straight epoxy with mineral spirts so its like water this would soak into the grain and seal it, lightly sand then do your thing with the varnish I did my rocket launcher years ago using this process with the exception of the last coat was straight epoxy held u...

exchanger should sit on a L bracket with 2 bolts holding it
drain the saltwater, and the coolent
remove hoses, and change out
after new one is in place put hoses back on
remember to refill coolent and let the engine run with the cap off
for awhile
