There are several in the V.I. St. John and Tortola for sure. Not sure any are for sale but worth the search.

Re: deck supports
I used Cabrera's supports, very easy. Once the old stuff is out lay the new ones in, they install as a jigsaw puzzle, interlocking with each other. Once in place, level, check for fit with new decks (i used his decks) and when satisfied, tab in place. Screw decks to supports. If you need to remove t...

Jen, Whatever you, Brent, and Ms Elaine are willing to share we would love to have for the book. Not just recipes but anecdotes, stories, lies, exaggerations, we don't care as long as they wee a part of Uncle Vic. My Daddy always said, "never let the facts interfere with a good story." It always wor...

Mark, Know that was tough, it was tough to read, but that was Vic. If we do the book this goes in. This was a part of Vic that made him special. He faced life head on, even when it sucked. He tried to take the sting out for us all. This makes him human, this make him real. This is what we loved abou...

Walt, I am aware. Like you I have spent my life in marketing and one of my good friends is a successful (published) novelist. Not the same as a cookbook, but . . . Was culling photos and ran across some UVI shots from one and (I believe) three. This one of Vic and Pee Wee always brought a smile to my face. http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x54/mikeylikesitnow/010_7A.jpg I have more. Brew, That's a totally different issue and I agree, but never stand when you can sit and never walk when you can ride. Driving is just riding behind the wheel. Health Message
As I was lying in bed pondering the problems of the world, I rapidly realized that I don't really care. It's the tortoise life for me! 1. If walking is good for your health, the postman would be immortal. 2. A whale swims all day, only eats fish, only drinks water, and is fat. 3. A rabbit only eats ...

Peter, Been doing this work for nearly fifty years. There is no easy way. The important thing is not how you cut through the plaster as it is always a mess. The important thing is a respirator for you! Not a dust mask, those are useless as . . ., well, useless. If you want to survive use a respirato...

Joe E. More pictures! Before I had Dreamsicle I restored a '57 Deville convertible. Did all the work except the leather. When I bought her she was a low mileage, first owner, burnout.
