I bought one from Hi tide , 2 week delivery, bow pvc piece prebent, fairly easy install, had to build in a filler in the bow section(per capt Pat} to fill in the gap between the rail and the rubrail by lining the inside of the rail with clear shipping tape, packing the void with peanut butter epoxy/...

Exhaust hose, you might research wire reinforced in the areas that bend, from the mufler back you wont need the reinforcement. Look at Capt Pat's images on rudders shelfs, use coosa, tough ,lite and requires little glasswork. grindingwear protective gear when cutting or

I see you also are going to work on your rudder shelfs, have you read Capt pat's explanation on how he does it. I recently did mine with 2 pieces a of 1/2 " coosa board laminated together with 1708 epoxyied in between. I also went to dripless rudder box seals so I don't have to deal with the leaks e...

31 walkaround

My guess is this would be a project boat that would require lots of changes, not just a wax job, I currently have the bilge open and have pondered the outboard refit, Fitting the 10 ft plus single piece of coosa inside a multiple of times would be a challange. I just installed a teak transom set ont...

teak is work but beautiful, you have to comit to annual or semi annual preventive maintaince so you can avoid what you now are faced with. I would sand with 80 only after I mask off adjacent areas. You will probably need to bleach the entire area maybe several times to get back to a uniform color. Re...
