Merry Christmas/Happy Holiday/ and Happy New Year to everyone. Jason Always great shots with the kids. Don't listen to Yannis. I fished with my father right up to and on the day, we put him in the Hospital. Start them young and it will be in their blood for ever. I hope Santa was kind to everyone.

I really like that idea. It works perfect especially with kids. I have shared that dinette while offshore. Not the best way to try to sleep. I use to prefer to sleep on the engine box.

Glassing in the front windows stiffens the boat up a bit. That is something that Bob Lilco had noted several times. Jimmy G had some interesting features incorporated into the cabin. If I remember correctly, he had two bunks on the Port side that folded flat up against the bulkhead. I don't remember...

My nephew used his Go Pro on our boat a few times. Depending on what you are fishing for, it can be pretty funny when the boat is rocking and rolling.

It might be easier to buy 3 radiant heaters from a place like BJ's. They go for around $99 a piece. The upside is you can use it later on.

If they are in the stringers, it should not be an issue. The wood in the stringers from what I have been told is basically sacrificial the way the boat was designed. What makes Barnegat so bad is the shoaling. Most of us never follow the channel out the inlet. Once we clear the north jetty we turn north and move into deeper water. This year we only had 6 feet of water on the outer bar, so going down the middle was testy especially with a swell hitting the beach ...
