Moving along nice. What height do you have from water line to turbo because in the 34' C it is marginal with out risers that was why I added surge tubes and flappers I copied from another 34 that spent a lot of time offshore and it was a easy addition. Keep at it your getting close to the real enjoy...

I did all fine but loaded up good on the first coat then added just a little bit in the second coat. Happy with the results now just have to finish it including the hatch's yes that is plywood with primer it was time to use it and thought I would get them done during the summer which did not happen!...

I can help with my experience with it. I bought it to do the cockpit and the gunnel area the first year I only got the gunnels done. It is tricky to get a finish I like it all comes down to how much you put down on the surface the more product applied the coarser the finish which results in holding ...

Tom Here is what I did when I did my engines worked great closed it in under the boat and put a torpedo heater in there with a thermo stat set it for about 95 degrees and had radiant heat. So yesterday we got a nice Mako we estimated it to be 250+ being what we thought was conservative. Stopped on the way back in at Jackson's and had it weigh the Kid doing it guess 300 lbs so all the #s were between 250 to 300. It was 83.25" from nose to curve of fin so the Kid is up there and we hear...

Love the teak. One suggestion your under the deck area is limited like mine was instead of a sump pump that gets clogged with crap I went with a Gulper diaphragm pump. I just added a drain elbow and brought it into the engine area for access then just turn it on and off when needed. Been in for 12 y...

As a suggestion maybe who ever is first, make the first one into a plug. Just a nice heavy strong layup with a flange then save that and you can always make more molds.
