I made my own, but this is a fitting that replaces the drain plug and you put a hose on it.

Re: Yanmar 6LP Oil Change

Nonsense in changing the oil hot. All the engines I sold I added a drain hose in place of the pan plug of a 3/8 diameter. I used a gear pump and a cold 6lp would have the old oil out in 2 minutes. It took more time to change the filter. With the filter upside down on the lp, punch a hole with a scre...

If I remember correct they are rated at only 200hp and depending on how they are propped that would be close to the 15 16 knott speed that hp produces.

The fuel burn should be for both engines.

I would replace not only the clamps but the hose. And when I had it apart l'd clean the packing gland in muriatic acid and add new flax packing. Stuffing box 1 looks like the heads of the bolts have a gap and not tight which indicates the the gland is tight only from corrosion. Replace the hardware ...

Just remember when diagnosing turbo issues.
If either the air filter is clogged, engine compartment is not getting enough air flow or the turbo's are not spooling up or rust stuck, your going to be huffing a cloud of black smoke out the exhaust.

You want fwd enough to be able to service packing glands and shaft flanges yet not too much not be able to service items on front of engine.
Sounds like your good.
