Is this down the centerline of the hull? I had questioned the joint on both of my 31’s it appeared as there was hull damage yet it was just the point where the hull molds came together and Bertram’s attempt at smoothing it out... I would take a closer look at it and do some experimental cleanup/sand...

Sorry for the delay, I used the aph-3000 model toed them into the centerline of the hull same as Capt Pat advised me to do. My intakes are 2" I'm glad I listened... the 2000's didn't look like enough...

Nope... those aren't the screws I'm talking about.... the only way to get the glass back in is to remove the entire window from the boat... the screws holding it in are in the frame channels... and by seized I mean totally frozen...

You will need to remove the entire window frame, there should be a bunch of seized screws holding it all together, you may need to get a blade between the window frames and the hull... remove and separate the frames..
